Upon successful transaction completion online, or after marking an order as paid for offline payments, customers will promptly receive a confirmation email with a product download link, valid for 30 days.

Additionally, download links for digital products are provided on the thank you page post-payment, and also via email. For support, please reach out to contact@coldfusion.design.

You reserve the right to cancel an order within 14 days of purchase. In such an event, the 'PROOF OF LICENSE' becomes null and void, and any use of the design in any form is strictly prohibited.

If you would like to request a cancellation of the purchase contract of an order, please write a WhatsApp message to me: +972542471790 with the order number and name of the design and the reason for the cancellation or an email to contact@coldfusion.design. I will be back to you as soon as possible.

License Agreement:

Extended Commercial Use License Agreement

This Extended Commercial Use License (the "License") is granted by Cold Fusion Design ("Seller"), operated by Bauer Franz, to you, the purchaser ("Customer"), and covers the use of the purchased digital print file ("Design").

Grant of License: By purchasing this License, the Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Design for commercial purposes on a Print on Demand basis for an unlimited number of uses.

Permitted Uses:

Use the Design in physical or digital format for commercial purposes.
Apply the Design to merchandise for sale or promotional items.
Reproduce the Design across various platforms and media for commercial gain.

The commercial use rights conferred by this License are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and are only applicable to the purchaser named herein.
The ownership and copyright of the digital file remain with Bauer Franz of Cold Fusion Online Shop. The purchaser is granted use rights only as outlined in this License.

Restrictions:

The Design, in its original or modified form, cannot be resold or redistributed as a digital file.
This License applies to one single Design; each additional Design requires a separate License.
The Design cannot be used in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or in a manner that infringes on the rights of others.

Terms of Use: The Customer agrees to abide by the Terms of Use as detailed in the description of the Design on the Seller's webshop. The Terms of Use are incorporated herein by reference.

Proof of License: Upon purchase, the Customer will receive a PNG Image via email, along with the zip file containing the Design. This document serves as confirmation of the Customer's rights for commercial use under this License.

Ownership: The Customer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the Design are and shall remain the property of the Seller. The Customer does not acquire any ownership rights in the Design through this License.

Governing Law: This License is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Seller operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Acceptance: By purchasing the Design and this License, the Customer agrees to all the terms herein.

The receipt of purchase confirms the Customer's right for commercial use under the terms of this License. Failure to comply with this License may result in revocation of the License and possible legal action.
